What is Cosentino Leader?
Cosentino Leader Program is an Integration and Talent Development Program geared towards people with high potential to become Leaders in sales or production and maintenance areas.
This Program develops talented professionals into industrial or sales leaders – giving them the opportunity to differentiate and accelerate their career to a future leader of a Business Unit.
It is a continuous training based on an itinerary of different experiences in several roles.
What is the aim of this program?
The goal is to develop people with great skills to become Sales or Industrial Leaders. They will be trained through a structured process that, based on the experience and knowledge of Cosentino´s business, would allow them to perform their mission in any market.
How is your development process going to be?
You would meet, at least, two different markets with the possibility of stablishing your residence in any of these markets, so International mobility is fundamental on that program.
The integration in our company will be through a designed and structured program that will allow you to know the company and its process from the experience on the field shadowed by formers and tutors.
You will be mentored by one of our Directors; ideally, a member of the Executive Committee.
Once finished, you will join our Company as Industrial Manager or as General Manager in one of our Centers or Factories as soon as this vacancy exists.
